Many paint with a brush and paint, but it's also possible to create realism using the "paint" of paper.  These collages are done with torn paper, using the warms and cools of different papers, as well as layering tissue papers over some of the areas to create softer tones.  Scraps of magazines, napkins and old sketch pads can be repurposed into some amazing images!
